How do you know you're covered?

How have you seen the bike?

The auction should still be visable even after it's finished.

well the whole deal is being payed through ebay i have insurance on the deal through ebay, it is a genuine deal it might be more understandable that the bike does have a few cosmetic problems such as scratches but as ive seen from the pictures there not nything at all.

ebay is a trustworthy site and i do have insurance through it. the bike is on its way here and i shall hopefully be posting a few pictures of it once it arrives. utwhat a deal eh! Laughing

This is a wind up... you're too dumb to be for real... Is this an "alias" of someone here or are you just bored and fancied messing about on a web forum?

Ebay will not cover you for fraud (which this is, btw) so you are not insured, once your money is sent it's gone forever and you won't get the "bike"...

Post the link to the auction if you think it's a real deal then..!

Why would anyone ever sell a 2004 CBR600RR for that much? Think about it, even if the bike does turn up then there must be something really wrong with it as they could have very very easily got more than £2k for it by taking it to their local deal.

Can we see the link for this deal of a life time? As you've already bought it there isn't any risk of anyone else stealing your bargin form under your nose. Thumbs Up

It's someone on a wind up, surely... he's ignoring everyone, his replies are only aimed at fueling more people replying saying he's a tit, he won't post the link to the auction, and he just seems too.. I don't know.. who is it? It's someone on a wind up I swear! Laughing

p.s. Qsar, if that is your real name - Ebay do NOT insure you for this - you will not see your money back and you will not see a bike either.

How did you "pay" for this bike...

You won't tell us how and you won't provide a link, you're on a windup.. you're discovered, now go to bed as it's past your bed time!

as i told you guys the link has been taken off. what proof can i give Question nothing rght now but im not an idiot why would i lie about it Rolling Eyes
i would be happy to give you guys the link if it were still there!!

The link is still there.. go to "My Ebay" then click on "Won" then the auction you have "won" is there, click on it, and copy and paste the link into here.. easy.. ebay keeps all auctions on for 90 days after they finish. The only reason it won't be on ebay at all (invalid item) is if it's been removed by ebay staff due to being a scam!!

So if it's removed completely... Wink

Anyway, can't be fucked with advice as we know you're just on a wind up.. who are you anyway, do tell Very Happy

As they'd say on VD, this bait is stinky Laughing

Why would the link be taken off? If you bid on it you would be able to access it through my ebay, and be able to post the link.

And now i'm not rising any more Laughing

Can an admin check IP.. I have a feeling it's one of regulars messing about... Laughing

To start with I was hoping it was just some dumb person who thought he was getting a good deal, but it's too blatantly obvious it's a windup now.. no fun anymore Crying or Very sad

Next wind up merchant please try harder!

Other thing that springs to mind, is what was the point of this thread? You asked us what we thought about it but then weren't actually even slightly interested in being told that it's a scam.

Were we all meant to turn around and be jealous because if anyone else if upset at missing the chance of being ripped off you too can be scammed if you keep an eye on eBay for bikes which are stupidly under priced, will be sent to you from abroad and want you to pay with something like Western Union money transfer.

Also have you sent them any money yet as if you have despite the listing being taken off eBay you should send it as you'll still be just as likely to get your bike. Thumbs Up
