Cheers for the link. I saw that when browsing a few weeks ago, but the monorack arms are only the two arms that hold a top box.
The picture on their website is annoyingly misleading. sv pannier racks are impossible to find |

Yep, Modified an old style CG125 rack to fit a CG125ES.
I was fairly confident with my welding skills until the rack snapped going over a speed bump and provided me with very soiled undies!
Never again, even with better welding skills and design, i still wouldn't trust it ____________________ Honda CBR-RW6 (Sold) - Kawasaki GPZ500s (Sold) - Honda CG125 (Project) - Honda CB750 Cafe racer (Project) - Yamaha FZR400RR |

I built a couple of rack/carrier systems from scratch it not a bad job if you have
The tools and the skills
I have 30 years experience welding mostly repairs to bikes and cars/vans
I use TIG expensive but very good
Think it though carefully too strong is better than too weak
I like squair box section steel for carriers round is better looking but way harder to joint well ! ____________________ Dave

If you going down the amo box route be very sure the rack/carrier you have is strong enough and well enough attached to the bike those steel boxes are heavy and can carry a lot of weight ____________________ Dave
