Simply cannot locate area rating for Widnes/Halton/Cheshire?

I live in Liverpool. Guns, killings, drugs and car-jacking. A terrible combo for retrieving the cheap insurance quotey quote quote. (E*)

So, before I ponder on the oft' pondered which route?, I must use insurance to weigh my decisions in-hand...


My sister lives in a 'nicer' area of Widnes... it's just that, I don't know where 'Widnes' falls under. Checked for Halton and Cheshire too... will it fall under Warrington? The postcode is WA.

Help young Cronik...How will he find out?

Insurance is far more granular than that, Street to street can vary wildly let alone town to town. The traditional route is to set up a dummy account on a comparison site and try different combos to see what works.

Obligatory warning that lying on your insurance application invalidates it and can drop you deep in the brown stuff, because kittens.

WA is a Warrington postcode.

The WA postcode also stretches into St Helens which is Merseyside, and Golborne which is Wigan (and Greater Manchester police)

You are too cunning to be understood. Are you thinking of giving your sister's address? I wouldn't, unless your driving license (at least) is registered there.

Just get on www.thebikeinsurer.co.uk with private browsing sessions, get quotes for Mr John Smith at 2 doors away from wherever you're thinking of insuring it. Pop in your candidate bikes, get your quotes, then make a decision and get on with it.

Unless you look like Zooey Deschanel, dithering and flapping is not adorkable.

I've lived in Widnes all my life, we don't have the level of guns, killings, drugs and gangs Liverpool has but I don't think there is that much of a saving on insurance tbh, I don't mind being proven wrong though Laughing
