Following up on my 'kick up the bum' thread from a while ago (https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=311365&highlight=), I took my second Mod 1 today and passed it with a clean sheet.

Looking forward to Mod 2 at the end of June and hopefully a tasty bike!

Mod 2 cancellations come up fairly often. Start agitating.

Work commitments unfortunately - can't get the time off for a test before then Sad

As for what I'm hoping to get, I like the look of the Deauville.

I know all about the 'Dullsville' image, but it doesn't really bother me, not looking for speed or that much excitement, and there doesn't seem to be anything else as an alternative in the 'mid-size tourer' bracket.

Open to alternative suggestions though!
