Hi everybody, first post on here so I hope it works Very Happy please can somebody help. I have an old kawasaki kh125. K9 model. I know workshop manuals are extinct tbh but I'm wondering if anybody on here has one if I could get a copy of the wiring diagram? I have some serious electrical problems and without a wiring diagram I fear the bike is for the heap, cheers folks,

I'm in a similar position to yourself, been unable to find a manual so far.

I believe hmmz uploaded the wiring diagrams of numerous bikes including the KH 100 which may apply to some extent to the 125, I'll try to link it when I find it.

Shameless punt though if you give up with it I'd certainly be interested Mr. Green

Thanks guys, that manual on ebay is up to 92 and I am 94, think it's a 6 volt previous to mine, driving me mad trying to fix the gremlins. Also I need a new reg/rec and I know they aren't available anymore, anybody know which other would suit? Electronics really isn't my strong point Embarassed

As above, 92 was the switchover year to 12v, 6 & 12v 92 models exist which makes it a pain for me with a 92.

I sourced a second hand reg rec from eBay, for the cost of a fiver I figured couldn't hurt to try it.

Hi stinkwheel, It had a 4pin plug on it, though half my trouble is the guy I bought it from seemed to have a go at it himself and he had a wire cut??? So I think it should have 4, it has yellow, white, blue/white and black/yellow, does that sound right for a kawi? I'm sure the yellow is for the lights, black/yellow for earth but not sure what shuld go where on the register rec and which one to buy as the original for this bike is no longer available,

Hah! Look what I found.

If you can't find a working kawasaki one, you can use a universal pattern one.
