Parking in Northern Quarter, Manchester

Hopefully I'll be needing to park daily in the Northern Quarter for work,

Any good places to park near the Frog and Bucket comedy club?

I don't mind a short walk for a decent parking location where bike parking is accepted

My last visit to the northern quarter wasn't great, ended up going between two busses both headed towards me as there were no signs saying I couldn't turn left onto what turned out to be a one way street!

China town on George street has a designated bike parking area.

There also is one on Fountain Street.

What time are you going?

Pay and display only runs until 8pm in Manchester, after that you can park in P&D bays for free until 8am the next morning. Might get you closer to the Frog and Bucket. There's loads of bays on Newton Street that are often empty at that time of night.

Also, you can park on single yellows after 18:30 Monday to Friday, after 12:30 on Saturday and all day Sunday. There are some on the northern end of the Northern Quarter here...

...which is just a short walk away from the Frog and Bucket.

Unfortunately, the nearest designated motorcycle parking bays are a bit of a walk from the Frog and Bucket with Fountain Street being the closest (as mentioned by Itchy).

I mostly park on george street and walk if need be.
