They don't strike me as very skilled bike thieves despite the lorry.
Pixelating the logo doesn't seem too bright of the police either.

I'd be embarrassed if I'd tried doing that and made such a mess of it. Couldn't get the tail lift down, took about six attempts to drag it on there, knocked the side stand up, dropped the whole thing, didn't have the shutter high enough to take the bike straight in and I'm pretty sure they didn't even put the stand back down, let alone strap it in.

Poorly planned, badly executed, lucky the security were so incompetent. 4/10.
