Get the dragons out. Can you handle them? Just get a big cardboard box or something, put them in that.

Take the wood, dishes etc out.

Brush out the substrate [dustpan and brush, it's what we use for the snake]
use a reptile friendly disinfectant on the walls and floor, she should have a cleaning agent she thinks is suitable, if not, reptile shop will sell a bottle for a couple of quid, just ask about cleaning the dragons' viv.

Then reverse.

I wouldn't bother touching the heat lamp, perhaps give it a blow and get rid of any dust on the guard/lamp surface.

when ever we cleaned our dragons out we would also give them a bit of a bath too. fresh warm water, not too deep mind. we did our 3 separately due to the fact that one was quite small and the other was really quite large as beardies go - she was a shade under 25 inches in length

Guy from the local reptile shop we use has said, "I'd prefer to be bitten by a rattle snake than a hamster".

Purely because the hamster nips and bites and hurts, where the snake would pounce and recoil, it's over before you knew it started.

I wouldn't worry too much about the whole ordeal, you'll have to do something stupid to actually harm them.

One of my favourite Viz top-tips:

Always wanted a hamster? Simply start pissing in the corner of your room and staple your finger once a week.

all seems to have gone well

syd is in a nice clean tank

my fish are next as will completely empty clean and refill as I lost my main leopard plec

I had him two years but he was thought to be about 12 or 13 when I took him off my mate it was in a tank with a few other fish and had gone dull when my mate got rid of his tank
he thought he was a normal plec until I put him in my tank and all his colours came back out

Could have been worse I suppose,

She could've wanted you to clean her bearded clam out
