While first impression is *ugly* the idea of something like a two wheel working quadbike with built in storage is interesting.
In that pic I think it's mainly the turquoise trim makes me Sick

Hi, I like it, as it's different, and, as you say, a better paintjob, should improve it's looks Smile

I know it's a small issue, but I really appreciate fork gaiters being fitted as standard.

Not quite to my taste, but it's got a certain rugged charm. It's a shame that Yamaha never took the XTW250 Ryoku beyond a concept.

Do want. It's a toy.

Would want the Yamaha more, it's yellow!

If I was planning a trip over some dodgy Mongolian desert, I would not want anything else, looks like a proper tough little trekker.

Then, I do like a good VanVan.

Yep, that was actually a good idea. The motorcycle had 120/230v out and could be used as a power generator. Thumbs Up

I like them, if I had spare cash, I'd get one. Storage space each side of the tank? Does that mean it will have a pathetic tank capacity? Rolling Eyes

Titter.

I agree that as a bike it'll be worse than a CB500F both on and (with knobblies) off road. But it makes a bold statement about the owner's rebellious spirit, not following the herd, and so on.

I'd reserve judgement, although the pic shows a prototype style concept which might prove impractical, the way you progress off road is either cut through to something firm or grip a wider area softly (like a quad bike) - it might be surprising if not too heavy.
However very wide knobbly tyres with low psi aren't going to be good on the road. Rolling Eyes

It will be practical but there are too many, far better looking bikes I'd choose which would do the same thing.

Hi, I wouldn't say so, the Zhongshen, is their own design, along with the 250cc engine (NC250). The RX3, has a really good following around the world, including a very active community in the good ole USofA.

There's also a 125 version, the RX1, which is Euro 4, and there's also at least a 450 (NC450) on the way the RX4. They are also developing twins and plans are for up to 850cc.

Zhongshen, are likely one of the chinese manufacturers that are going to succeed outside of the 125cc bracket. If I remember correctly, they are also setting up a factory in India as well.

It also seems as if Zhongshen, get other manufacturers to test their engines for them Wink As the NC250 is inuse in a fair number of bikes, such as Gas Gas, AJP etc.

Going off topic, even further, I see, we should start to see some new ~650cc Enfields, on the runway at Bruntingthorpe in the not too distant future, along with new engined classics (Bullets)

I used to have a pit-bull. When he died I buried him in the garden. I think I would bury this bike next to him.

For what purposes, and compared to what other bikes?

It's a styling exercise.
