If memory serves, it's about a dozen paces from the Florenc station on the yellow line (subway)
I asked for the special program. It consisted of 10shots with 2 different semi-auto pistols, 10 shots with a 10-shooter revolver, 5 shots with a 357 magnum revolver and 3 cartridges with a pump action shot gun. Cost me around £35 back around 2002.
Other than that, the communism museum was pretty good and we managed to get to see the town hall and the back of the astronomical clock by paying £1.50 to a couple of old dears in the back of the tourist office on a thursday afternoon.
Obviously my info is over a decade out of date, so it may not be the same now. |

By the way, pretty much what dydey90 says. Well I wouldn't pay £50 for a meal but then, it is not much in comparison with the avg. UK wages.
And yes, underground/subway is called ''Metro'' (yes, just like the video game). Which is a point of interest on its own, some of the stations were desinged under comunism and left unchanged after the 1989. I was quite impressed. It's also very cheap, very easy to use and very quick.
Beer, £1.50 is alright even by Czech standards. Change your £££ to CZK in a bank, check the banks in the UK. Avoid Cashpoints (exchange places), they won't give you a good exchange rate, as it is their bussiness to exchange money.

There's also a race track ''Autodrom Most'', 60 miles from Prague. Maybe they rent cars for the track days.

I went for the GP in 07 then again recently for a stag. We went go-karting here https://www.pragaarena.com/
Most decent drinking places are in/near the old town. Go into side streets and you can find beers for £1 a go.
James Dean is a far cooler than it sounds 50s club but gets busy, plus there’s an 80s place opposite if that’s your thing. Gold Fingers seems the most popular strip club and is suitably expensive.
There are some very nice and affordable restaurants on moored boats on the river. I’m not sure if it’s still there but avoid the crappy 5 storey club by the Charles Bridge.
Also, beware of rip-off cab drivers when you're drunk. If possible agree a price beforehand. ____________________ CBF125 (2013) -> CBR600F (2001) -> 'Ninja' 300 (2014) |

Dated a few Czech girls over the years, know the place well.
Avoid the main square to go eat (where the fancy clock is), overpirced and not as good. get yourself a side street resturaunt, the Czech food is awesome, Czech beer is even better, nothing like the rubbish we have in the UK. Might be just me but I get very mild/non-existant hangovers form a session, less chemicals in it, who knows.
As above, cabbies are crooks on the pissed up Brits, be wary or even better, use their easy to use tubes busses or trams, they are MEGA cheap, you buy tickets in terms of time, not distance and you need to stamp the tickets on entry to any of them, they look like a yellow box on the tram/busses. There are undercover insectors, so don't try cheat the system, it's really not worth it for the cost of a ticket. You can get tickets form any ciggy booth or there are machines dotted around, again yellow. I used to stock up on a couple of each for a weekend.
A big tip when eating in Czech is 100 Koruna, average is 20-50 Koruna (for a table of 2-3 people)
As a stag do, you'll be fine, most bars/resturaunts speak English now and Prague is pretty touristy and full of Stag do-ers, so you won't stick out....Too much
Oh, the Czech women.....OH MY GOD ____________________ Current bike - GSX-R1000 k8 |

Aye, witheringly direct.
Best drinking spot I reckon is Krymska. Local street for local people, cheap and skanky
Oh, and FYI, it's lie what Amsterdam wishes it was. You can buy in lots of bars, smoke in most of them, and no body cares.

Prague is my favourite city, so much to see, so much to do, so much to drink.
Enjoy.

If you are into Historical stuff then the Bridge of Saints is a magnet for that sort of shit. There are a load of other historical bit near there for starters.
Plus one for the teck museum. I went two days n a row.
Food cheap service polite Watch out for whankers doing tours on Those Giro scooter things one the fecking pavements. I almost had to knock one of them out when they wouldn't give way when I was walking on the pavement.
