1991 NSR 125 bogging and other issues.

[Farmingstock]

Hello all

I have a JC20 NSR 125 barn find that I have recently purchased.

I have slowly gone through the bike changed all fluids, filters, plug ect and the bike starts on the button and ticks over perfectly around 1200 rpm.

I have cleaned the carb and checked the reeds, intake for cracks, checked the powervalve and adjusted.

However the bike doesn't Rev freely, it bogs down at low revs and also chokes at high revs.

The bike has no mot and isn't road legal ATM so I can only use is it on a rough ish private track.

Any ideas people?

Thanks in advance

Check jets against alains' NSR tips document available on google. Let bike warm up properly.
