I got given a micron carbon fibre exhaust with the new bike and I don't want it...

Any idea what it might be worth? I had a look at eBay but the prices are coming up very different to what I expected.

I'm tempted to just stick it on at 99p and see what happens but an idea of what I should expect would be good

Why would you expect anything different to what other sellers have been getting?

It's worth what it's worth to the people bidding on the day that it closes.

If you want £X monies, you'll need to start bidding there, put it up for that as a BIN, and/or Gumtree it at https://www.gumtree.com/motors-parts/

What bike is it for? What model is it?

I've still got a carbon can company exhaust for an 04 ZX10R, probably worth about £40 tops, can't be arsed to sell it because it's a faff.

I paid £70 for one about 10 years ago. Depends on the bike, condition etc.

It's worth exactly what someone will pay for it.

"I saw one go for £XXX on ebay" carries no weight whatsoever.

For all you know, someone can bid way way more than they wanted to just to get the item.

Stick it on a free site for the money you want for it. Be prepared to wait or take your $0.99 for it

Not alot. I paid a little over 30 notes for a complete micron stainless system and carbon can that was near pristine. Buy it now prices on ebay are often fantasy look at completed auctions as a rough guide.

I bought a used once bnib mint condition full micron race system. Downpipes, link pipe and exhaust a couple years back for the princely sum of £70 delivered.

I wouldn't pay more than 50 quid at the most for a used can.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?LH_ItemCondition=4&_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=micron%20cbr&LH_PrefLoc=1&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&rt=nc&_trksid=p2045573.m1684

99p no reserve and expect it to go for about £30 like Creg says.
