What area? Car park, outside the house, shops? Most places are bike friendly in terms of parking that I now of.

Try the local parks. Keep your eyes open on Sundays for parks especially, always bikes on the fields bringing the helicopter out as well as many group rides, locally anyway.

Could try Bassetts pole, seems to be nothing but youths pulling wheelies on anything and everything based on recent footage. Good news would be that the police are always in the videos to so hopefully would be found if it turned up there.

I'd take a bet on local youths spotted it and will dump it when done.

Behind a bush, down an alley. Thieves are lazy sods, they might have literally pushed it round the corner before trying to hotwire it.

You're not going to find it on a forum.

Your chain is most probably in a bush or in someone's wheelie bin next to where the bike was stolen from.

Thieves will often steal a bike and go out around surrounding areas to steal more on the bike stolen prior.

Probably teenagers riding it around the local playing grounds / local park in the bad areas surrounding to where it was stolen from. Wouldn't advise running up on a gang of hoodies. Especially as most are carrying knives now.

That's the one that was stolen? Thought you said it was a moped?

My FZ was found 400 yards from my house. The theiving cunts got pissed off with pushing a quarter ton of bike that wouldn't start because they'd managed to blow every fuse on it.

You've had a bit of a look around the areas people have mentioned then?

When it runs out of petrol (which it probably will have by now) I'd expect it to be dumped and maybe set on fire.

If for some reason it's being ridden around on the roads rather than in woods or on waste ground, I see no reason why they'd pay for the petrol after filling up as it won't be their door that the police come to.

Petrol station staff aren't going to look out for your ped so I wouldn't bother asking them. If you're wanting to do something then your time is better spent looking for where it's been dumped.

It is...?

It isn't Very Happy

It's more than 50cc, it'll do more than 30mph and you can't ride it age 16 on an AM licence.

It's a scooter.

Hope you get it back though ... Sad

Ste is right. If the bike lasts long enough without being crashed or wreaked or blown up on a full tank of fuel, it'll be dumped and set on fire, a bit like an Albanian pimp would to a whore.

They cant sell stolen road bikes, and arnt clever enough to strip and break them for spares. Low value bikes arnt worth exporting, and it's got no track day or motocross parts value.

All it leaves is a joy ride for lols and a box of matches to remove any evidence after.

Ste's already pointed out that you're the only one that's really going to be looking for it and well it's been a week and you're yet to search anywhere, doesn't sound hopeful in truth.

Search the area's Ariel Badger recommends, they're recommend for a reason.

I'd be looking for either a burnt out frame or parts that have been dumped in a hedge at this point.

Best of luck.
