Thought I'd give the old gixxer a new coat of halfrauds finest rattle can offering tailpiece and fairing are fine but the front mudguards a bit fucked what could have caused this.
I've rubbed it down cleaned with hot water then wiped with solvent cleaner so it can't be dirt that's causing the problem Evil or Very Mad

It's reacting with the old paint. You'll need to sand it back, possibly to bare plastic if the issue persists.

Google mud cracking paint.

Pretty much what other guys have said, a reaction with the old paint.
I believe it's to do with the paint under neath absorbing the moisture from the new coat.

Sand the cracking right back and put a few coats of primer on the whole surface to seal the old paint against the new.
