Download Videos from Websites

I graduated on Tuesday and they have a recording of it on their website. I don't want to pay £20 for a "20 minute DVD", or 30 for the full length one.

They have it at a reasonable quality on the website, not youtube hosted that I can tell, that I would like to download while it's on there.

Can anyone suggest a bit of software I can use to steal it?

Download and install OBS from obsproject.com then full screen the video and capture it to a file.

Pjay - OBS eh? I think I saw a link to that when I googled "download video from website" but I was afraid of just downloading random stuff.
I think I'll give that a go when I'm back home.

If it's non-flash based then it'll be easy (e.g. HTML5 video). You'd be able to see the video in the network tab of Google Chrome's developer settings, or in the source code of the page.

I'll likely be able to do it if you PM me a link, but I only have time today.
