I see the news have cleverly avoided giving a name of the suspect or his race/religion. And they've come out with the classic 'it's mental unless related'.....oh well that's ok then, nowt to do with Islam then obviously.

Well...seeing as it was the POLICE who made the announcement and tv broadcast and (one would assume) seeing as they tazered the bloke and have him in custody..they would know his ethnic background etc.

It's all too common now to try to ignore the fact that Islam is to blame.....the pathetic attempt by the police to say 'mental illness may have played a part' is just pandering to the liberal lefties who have helped bring this all on.

And imho all religion is a mental illness....as I'm pretty sure if I started killing people for not believing in Santa Claus..you'd say I was mentally ill.

Let's just have the facts and quickly...because we all know them already don't we....lets be honest.

The bloke is going to be muslim and follows Islam....but that's not why he killed someone....it's simply because he's mentally ill...of course.

Refugees welcome! Nothing to do with Islam! Religion of peace.

There'll be no meaningful condemnation from the rest of them of course, or help offered to the Police to
find out why or root out how this one 'became' deranged? Because if the question was ever answered honestly
instead of avoided and skirted round. (Mainly because we all already know the answer.) The answer would always
be "because my holy book told me that you are the enemy." Until we start chucking them out, and bulldozing the

ok so hypothetically, let's assume he's a brown person then and there's a legitimate threat that someone somewhere knows and the police are taking it seriously.
It would seem to me to be the favoured vector of attack on UK 'targets' is multiple similar natured acts at the same time.
So, either he is a nutter or he got his calendar out a day early - over the next day we'll see which it is.

Phew..that was close - imagine if that quote would have been provided by a 'John Smith'....the calls of racism amongst whites would have overshadowed the actual murder and the punishment would probably be worse.

Clever BBC reporting...got away with that one.

Mind you. A policy of just treating them as murderers and quietly locking them up for the rest of their life has some appeal.

They WANT to stir up a racial shitstorm. Don't give them what they want. You don't need special anti-terror laws to put someone away for life for stabbing someone.

"Don't bother commiting an atrocity in Britain Abdul. They will just give you a kicking and throw you in the nick. You'll only get a one-liner in the news after you're sent down. Try France instead, they make a big thing of it, get your face in all the papers."

Deny the flames of terrorism the oxygen of publicity. It's an old policy in the UK.

No, it's an old UK policy to censor what the powers that be want to be censored.

On the run in for Brexit there was fuck all said about migrants. Calais was amazingly quiet Rolling Eyes . Now, until they get caught out, it's nothing Islam related.

And it's not just UK. Look at how Germany tried to deflect the Cologne attacts from being migrant related.

If it wasn't for the social media/internet we would be lapping up government propoganda and everything would be fine in the EU & multicultural Britiain.

It also occurrs to me that had this person been in France or Germany, they would have been shot dead, giving the cause another martyr/killing someone who was psychologically disturbed* and leaving noone to question.

The generally unarmed nature and presumption against shooting people unless under extreme circumstances of the British police means he was arrested and detained and can be questioned then quietly rot away/be treated.*

Norwegian national too, so he's someone elses problem once he gets out of jail.

Touch of self contradiction there chap.

Since they dont want to frame this in that fashion, how about we discriminate based on mental stability instead? We could even say subscription to a religious belief of any kind loses you X amount on the tally.
