Can anyone recommend a good place to take your CBT around Tower Hamlets? (Hellkat is sitting at my table as I type, telling me she hasn't got "a fucking clue" so don't suggest I ask her).

Also, am looking for small, cheap moped for not much ponds, if anyone knows of anything going.

Thank you in advance. Smile

Don't know about recommend, but I see these guys fairly often around Shoreditch park. They use those weird Honda Zoomer things:

Those Zoomers look fucking mint. They had them for the pedbois when I was doing my CBT and I'm not really a scootay fan (despite having owned a PX125, but that was different as it was lovely) but they just looked like fucking good fun. Stripped back to basics, no muss, no fuss, just whatever was needed. I should have asked to have a quick razz on one. Maybe when I eventually go back to do my CBT Plus.

I've been recommending Academy in Romford to people for years. It's where I did my CBT and full licence. It's a bit further out than where HK lives, but probably an hour at most by public transport.

I think this is the one I'm going to, is it by the KTM Dealership?

Ehhh maybe, I don't go up that road often but I know there is one along that way somewhere. It's near Romford dog racing arena.

I did my DAS with Academy when I lived in Tower Hamlets (just beside Victoria Park, so north in the borough). Academy is a bit far out for a CBT IMO, but it's not difficult to get to on public transport.

https://www.eastsiderider.co.uk/ at Lee Valley Ice Centre on Lee Bridge road is where I did my CBT. They had a female instructor too.
