Yeah, I did a doubletake as well... but it's really exists!

Edit. Not that much of a change from the above image really.

Not at all works quite well apart from the sidelight bulb which isn't wired up yet. This was the other day with the new indicators fitted, I'm still working through it and nothing is tightened up (hence why everything is wonky).
