Item sent from Cathay.

post.nl says: "Arrived at PostNL – Item not allowed (X-ray) and rejected". Don't know why, don't care.

But the expected delivery date isn't until November 2nd and eBay says "Your item may still be on its way" and won't let me open a case until then.

Seller is of course not responding.

Any way to get monies before then? I don't need them, it's just on principle.

Show Ebay the PostNL message. Clearly the parcel isn't going anywhere fast and you need the item by 02/11 at the latest so must arrange for alternative asap at cost which you can't afford without a refund.

Contact the seller, if only so you can show you were being reasonable. Mention the Post NL tracking info. Ask for a refund since you're not getting the item.

If you paid by Paypal, then you can open a dispute on there. It might take a couple of weeks though.

Just on principle? Hassle eBay live chat or phone them.

You probably still won't be able to open a case until the 2nd of November but if you don't ask then you don't get.

Eh. But that's hassle for me. Why isn't there a "baww now" button. Crying or Very sad

Done so twice, the little yellow devils master race hasn't responded.

I have a strong principle that if I can ruin someone's day just by pushing a button, I'll push that button.

Well you're not going to ruin their day by posting on BCF

What was it that you'd ordered and customs didn't like?

Grip lock, prompted by a thread here and Lidl's best wine-flavoured-ethanol-blended-beverage. Maybe they wrapped it in lead.

Didn't see the thread, but I can see problems with this.

I have 'personally' rammed it up E-bastirt's Cuntstauner Services on three occasions to date for non service by sellers.
They will give the fckers 8 days to skarper with your dosh while you wait for E-Bastirts to cough.

It's their policy let them deal with it.
As far as common sense would suggest, They sell 24/7/365. They take your dosh 24/7/365 so if there is no response to a buyer enquiry then the office doors are closed and they are not interested in business anymore.

Breach of contract and money should be refunded NOW....

But we allow E-Bastirts to fcuk around at the expense of out time.

I now look at Ali-Express Then I look at E-Bastirts.

Ali takes a wee bitty longer to post to the hoose but I order while at work so when I get home a few weeks later the stuff is a day or so away.
Ali hasn't let me down yet. And the anal douch (with the glass beaded applicator syringe pump) works a treat too. Thumbs Up Wink

Old Thread Alert!
