Peugeot speedfight

Hi. I was wondering if anyone can help me out, I'm starting to repair my son's Peugeot speedfight on a W.reg and was wondering if the speedfight 2 plastics will fit or would I need to change the lights or anything else. I've been told it's got the 2 plastics on but I'm not sure as I can't tell the difference when I Google pictures of the 1 and 2.
Any help would be great thanks.

They won't fit, you will need speedfight parts not speedfight 2.

You might be able to modify them to fit.

It would be easier to see if it was the right way up

But it looks like a 2 - it has the slot on the seat fairing that I don't think the pre-2001 model had.

Probably a stolen Mk2 on a crashed Mk1 V5C.

I did work in a peugeot scooter dealers, they actually used to issue instructions on how to fit the mk2 front panel and headlight to the mk1 as the headlight is better.

Looks like a speedfight 2 to me - certainly all the panels are speedfight 2.

google the speedfight and speedfight 2 - the differences will be obvious.
