Passed test looking for a wheelie machine

Passed my full licence finally after waiting 2+ years via the progressive route from A2.
Done it on my BMW R1150GS apparently it was the biggest bike ever to go through the test at that test centre.
The picture is not my bike but aside from colour its identical including panniers.

I'm keeping my GS as I love it and I've had it over 2 years now. Looking for a wheelie machine to kill myself on though and have a bit of fun. Got a budget of about £3000 any ideas? I was thinking Blackbird but bit worried that might be too similar to my own bike as it is a bit of a tourer.

Love the xt600 and drz400 high on my list but I live in Essex and they yobs love those bikes even more.

I heard the bandit 1200 is pretty good for wheelies anyone had experience with them? seems a bit heavy to do low speed ones.

Early r1 can't be that pricey now. Wasn't the original (98?) carbed one something of an iconic hooligan machine? I borrowed one and whist they have enough low end torque to be managable in traffic, as soon as I quickly concluded that I was going to have difficulty keeping the front wheel down and below insta-ban speeds.

If you want it bad enough you can wheelie almost any bike. I used to do it on an Aprilia Pegaso and then i started doing it on a 15 yo Fazer 600.

You could get an older speed triple. It'll wheelie off the power in first and second easily enough. Bit more character than a bandit.

Then turbo it.

It wheelies for fun, right through into 4th!
