Can't find the spill counter thread - blame the painkillers and the idiot on the keyboard...

can someone give me a link please?

So, my first ever crash and its a boring one.

Leaving college this evening, tired....

got out of the gate, accelerated away, got up to 25ish hit ice, spun the back wheel up and got into a tankslapper and then hit the deck (witnessed of course, by everyone on my course! But they did help me get her upright)

damage to bike is broken and scuffed up fairing, slight grinding on bar end and a good gouge out of the clutchcase. Rode it home.

damage to me is small gouge out of my shin (assuming I smacked it into the peg) really sore left shoulder and hip. Mr Ambulance (biker apparently) said soft tissue damage and to take painkillers and rest up so I'm on paracetamol, codeine and tramadol right now...

Will post pics and obligatory paint diagram in spill counter thread if I find it.

No idea, I just raided my medicine cabinet.

In fact been out this afterneon (note crash happened on way home, not in morning) washing car in t-shirt Laughing

Came home @ 21:00 last night and temp on car was 6 C Laughing

My car didn't defrost all day yesterday. I'm working at home and went out at 6pm to get more milk. Had to scrape the
windscreen first.

I passed my test in July after 2.5 years on a 125...

Oh then I was kinda right but wrong. I will take that.
Remember to get back on the bike ASAP, no excuses. The best of us can hit ice, it's not a reflection on your ability.
