Looks like yet another rebranding of the Jianshe JS125-6C to me. Check out the VIN, this thread, https://www.whomademybike.com/ and/or PM wr6133 and ask nicely.
If you can confirm that it's a JS25-6C, you could try eBay, or:

Or give https://www.learnerlegal.com/contact/info_2.html a try - they don't sell the 6C any more, but they may have some parts available.

However, given the parts price versus the real value of the bike (think £500 tops) I'd be strongly tempted to 'bob' it, fix anything mechanical, and treat the rest to duct tape and Hammerite. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
