Yes they do. I have no issue with CNC'd parts, always been good quality. Sceptical about aluminium tubes, but if too thin I can replace - probably with solid alu bar and drill/turn it to suit, its cheap enough. Seems they have survived crashes unbent.

However this is relevant. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVGsyRztMG8 Looks like same style as Honda OE (aluminium is cast into a mould which includes the throttle tube). This seems a bad idea to me, even how Honda do it. If its die cast alu then no way I would use it, too brittle.
