 |
|
So my bathroom sub-floor is rotten. It's a tip top quality chip board and has been soaked by a faulty bath seal. So rotten I can put my finger through hit with little effort.
Insurance Co are looking into paying under a 'escape of water' clause.
Can anyone recommend a fitter in the Dartford area who can quote for the job? I need a couple for comparison for the insurance co.
As it's spread quite far, the whole suite will need to be ripped out and the complete floor relaid. Annoying but will probably be a good time to replace it (it's foul and cheap).
Cheers! ____________________ Like a Yorkie - I'm not for the girls |
