Those aren't from BCF, something is injecting them for you.

If I were you I'd do a malware check of your PC rather urgently!

It's definitely an ad via BCF - I've checked for malware anyway - Note the top right, where the BCF ad would normally be, it's blank, because this is the ad, hence the post. I've also had the basic version that just fills the top right.

I've no idea why I get these ones in particular, I don't even like fish.
