Can't remember the lyrics exactly,

something like "Yes we are freaks but we are nothing like you"

two blokes walking down a UK high street think one has a tattooed face, and they are avoiding all the chavs and idiots, then end up in a bar where they rip off the scene from only fools and horses and one of them falls through the bar.

Think it used to be on scuzz or mtv 2

it is also possible this is just all in my head and never happened Confused

How long are we talking? 2000s, 90s?
What kind of music was it? "Rock" is a bit generic. If it's MTV2 or Scuzz, I'm thinking someone like (but not necessarily) Lostprophets?

Definitely not Lostprophets, although it does sound like something from their Start Something album. I had a phase.

How screamy was it? Bring me the Horizon have done loads of stuff like this but I don't know them well enough to say.
