Hash or Grass

Say you were on a bike tour taking in Amsterdam and had unlimited choice what would you choose first. Hashish or Straight bud?

Bud is "better" but if you are new to it or haven't smoked in a while, hash maybe the better option to just get a mild stone.

You may find if you smoke a big juicy bud filled spliff then you won't be able to function.

Not tried riding after smoking hash but, did after smoking bud once. I spent a long, long time trying to find where I lived and nearly had a slow speed head on with a car that appeared out of nowhere (or so it seemed) while doing a right turn across a dual carriageway.

I wouldn't recommend it.

I gave up on bud after all these powerful strains became common. After several years of virtually chain smoking the stuff, I started to get heart palpitations. Now I prefer just a nice mid-strength hash, on the very rare occasion that I do still indulge.

I remember a taxi ride in Amsterdam after me and a mate had been smoking something much stronger than we were used to from a coffee shop*. The driver seemed to be going at warp speed, and we just sank down into the back seat in terror, praying that the ride would be over

*I think it was Afghan hash, very dark and oily. We just rolled it out into a thin 'sausage' in the J, it was that soft.

Not been to the dam for a few years but last time I was there most of the bud was tumbled and the hash is a generic mix of trichome from the tumbled bud regardless of the names the shop give it.

Pick you coffee shop wisely and take a photo loupe to check the bud, anyone that wont let you check the bud you dont want to buy from.
