110cc/120cc X sport engine...

Does anyone know where I can get an engine from, new or used that'll go in my C90? The X sport 110cc engines are based on the C90 engine, but it's finding one. Like I say, not too fussed if it's new or used so long as it's in sound mechanical condition. I am taking the C90 off the road soon to do it up a bit, bit of a project really, and I want an engine and a manual clutch! he he!

You can buy new engines from www.monkeybike.co.uk, aswell as racing camshafts etc

Is your c90 a 12 volt model? Otherwise you'll have to change some of the electrics.

Oh and i don't know whether the X-sport engines are based on the ss50 engine, just bored and stroked out to 110cc, as the clutch side casting looks the same.

If this is the case, then i don't know whether they will fit, as a c90 engine will not fit in my ss50 frame, unless it's a late model without electric start.
