I saw that comment when I looked earlier... I genuinely can't understand how that would aid someone with a disability. What also concerns me is that the rear clearance now looks non existent, so it very much looks like the rear suspension travel is reduced. If the rear wheel hits the ridiculous mudguard arrangement when under compression it could cause some serious issues.

Please note, it has no MOT, and I'd be surprised if it would pass one like that. The guy has built it, realised it's a pile of dog doo and is now trying to pass it off to some other poor unsuspecting punter. No wonder people are trolling him.
