Scottoiler eSystem not priming :(

Newly fitted system, filled with oil, check valve off, display works fine, set oil level on display, checked connection between reservoir/pump and controller..... controller says 'priming' and red light flashes, but there's no action, sound, or vibration from the pump. Tried a dozen times and there's just nothing

Disconnected power, waited, and retried, but still nothing

Anyone had similar ? Is it a faulty pump maybe ?

Take it back and swap it for the V system.

I have a vSystem on my other bike, however the NC750 doesn't have a vacuum take-off, so can't be fitted with a VSystem

Maybe a silly question, are you using the correct filler tube?

Their should be two tubes, a filler & a breather.

Probably the in line non return valve very common fault
