Either:

Arrow Belt snapped or fell off
Arrow Clutch worn out
Arrow One of the teeth on the gears have sheered off so it doesnt go anywhere.

Take the engine casing off or take it to a garage if you dont know what you are doing.

it tries to pull backwards

I had a scooter that did this, a honda pxr50. Was the timing that was completeley out and ran backwards. Could be that.

It could be running backwards but its unlikely with a recent bike.

I would say your clutch has gone or the belt is screwed. Especially if you have just had it changed. Take the cover off and check that everything is fine, ie the belt is still on and still looks tidy, the cog on the rear wheel is fine and the clutch looks ok, ie no broken springs.
