Just had a thought while i was adding my bike to bike trader that it could be in km not miles, anyone know?

that's the problem, around the outside of the speedo it's in km then there's another mph bit on the inside!

That means that the odometer is also in kilometers i think. My bike has exactly the same thing.

Beware. If the face is in miles, it does not necessarily mean that the odometer is in miles. Imported bikes (mine at least) sometimes have the face changed in the clock, but keep the original odometer because it'd be too expensive to change it. The easiest way to test it is to do a longish run (which you know the length) and see how far your odometer says it was. If you go for a ride with someone then you can get an exact comparison.

It's fairly easy to tell, kilometres aren't very large really.

Or take the bike on the motorway. 10 of the sticks on the side of the road equals 1km. Check and see if it tallys up with your clock

yep it's definitely kmetres i just emailed a dealer they said all the comet hyosungs clocks are in km that's cool as that means my bikes only done 4k odd miles
