Can't control myself, the open heart surgery has started! Dropped my old engine last night, hopefully starting to fit the new one tonight. THat's it really, nothing of any real interest.

What bike is it mate? I'm about to do the same. Are there any differences in the 2 engines you're swapping? Even if they're different years.

CBR600 very little difference mate, old one, the '91 44000 milescame out no probs, the new one, '97 14000 miles starting to put it in tonight.

Can't wait, been WAY too long

I was in Washington the other day, I cant believe your estates are just numbered District 1, District 2, District 3 etc! Bloody hard to navigate!

It's fuggin evil isn't it? It was meant to be another arse lickin copy thing to the yanks in the 70's when washington was being re-done. As you say, it hasn't worked, no one knows where anywhere is!!!! I've lived here 33 years & it still confuses me Confused

They're supposed to be changing back to village names.

Engine in now, spluttered into life last night, should be sorted over the weekend, watch this space, should be able to meet up with a few of you soon.

Basically happy as a pig in shite.
