Anyone know who can repair a custom steel frame?

I have Seven Sola in rare as fuck steel and came a cropper 2 years back after chainsuck (for the first time in 20 years of MTBing).

Bottom line is I have stretched dropout threads as the rear mech had no breakaway bolt. I really don't want to throw out a £1800 frame so does anyone know a a decent framebuilder or where i can get it repaired?

I'd g down the 2 dropouts and respray route so don't mind parting the cash.
