Windows 7 crashing/BSOD

I've been having a BSOD/screen freezing issue for a while. I've tested the memory with MemTest86 (no errors), upgraded my CPU during this time (had crashes with both), and other bits such as my PSU are from a system I didn't have any issues with.

I suspect it's the GPU, as before it happens the mouse slows down, and it starts behaving like an old graphics card without much memory.

Anyhoo had a crash this morning and it actually made a (mini) dump for once. I've loaded it in BlueScreenView and it says crash address: ntoskrnl.exe+a63a0, but I'm a bit out of my depth with this so don't really know what it means.

Any ideas/tips would be appreciated.

It's more than likely the GPU if you suspect it.

Temperatures on the card ok?

If you push it hard, does it happen more frequently?

Not sure about temps but all the crashes have been on the desktop, when browsing the internet etc.. Gaming (not that I do much) has been fine.

Do you have any sort of OC on either the GPU or CPU?
Have you increased the voltage limits?

Can you upload the dmp file somewhere?

Did you fully uninstall the old drivers when you upgraded the GPU?

I used to get an issue a few years ago with AMD CC where i had to run a bat file (TWL i think it was called) to aggressively get rid of all traces of any old drivers.

Does Nvidia have any form of ULPS?

Have you ran a chkdsk?

nirsof bsd not giving a huge amount of info, might need to load the dump using windbg.

It seems ok now, apparently at 100° they throttle back to prevent damage. I'll fit the Thermalright Ultra-120 tomorrow as I have to lift the mobo and re-install the bracket Hopefully that'll do the job, if not I'll go back to the i7 chip.

Am I out of order suggesting upgrading to Win 10, you can still get a free download until the 16th Jan 2018. Maybe this might fix a corruption in your drivers.

Mines under 30 degrees whilst playing PUBG on ultra, whilst my GFX is around 50.

Update: I installed another GPU (an ATi card) and had no crashes. Then I switched back to my AMD system with the GTX 680 and its been fine, so I'm guessing the crashes were due to a random incompatibility issue on my Intel system, I'm guessing with the mobo or maybe a bios setting?

It's kinda annoying but the AMD is Sata III, has USB 3.0, and runs a lot cooler than my intel system (particularly the Xeon chip), even though the AMD has the stock cooler and the Intel a Thermalright Ultra 120
