Pointless craft IMO!

All it means is that when the chav scooter mafia steal a few to use in crime, that when the police chase them they can get away even easier by going across water.

Pretty sure we need to start crushing nearly all scooters, as they are facilitating an unstoppable wave of extremely violent crime.
