I am not comfortable on my bike and want to raise the seat and make it flat.

I understand the logic behind it, but have no idea where to get the necessary foam from.

I am not too bother about aesthetics as its a trial to see if will work first.

So any ideas but decent foam about 4 inches thick as that is how much I need to get my hip angle a bit more open

thanks

Get it from an upholstery suppliers. High density, open cell, polyurethane foam. It'll be cheap as chips

Cut it to shape with an electric carving knife from a car boot sale/charity shop.

Consider building gel pads in. Gel pads are much cheaper for wheelchairs than they are for motorcycles.
