Rear luggage rack / top box

Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone could help me.... I ride a Sinnis Hoodlum as a commuter to work, and recently decided I'd like to fit a top box. The issue I have is that there is no rear luggage rack to attach it to, only a grab rail. I have contacted the dealership, who tell me there is no grab rail for this model, I was wondering if there is any way around this? Could I attach a luggage rack to the grab rail somehow? Or would I need to have something specifically made? Fairly new to riding so would appreciate any guidance you can give!

Sounds like the dealership are confused. Or you are. I know I am.

Have you considered a soft tail bag, or panniers instead?

Check eBay or go with a tailpack or saddle bags. I use both on my CG.

Bolt a top box plate to your seat through the seat. Attach top box. Ride off into the sunset

Make a rack attach a top box plate. Attach top box, ride into the sunset.

I'd make one
That grab rail loop could be removed and a modest top box base fitted using the fixing points
