CBR125 Headlights, Horn and Tail light not working

Hi

As I've been over a pot hole the other day my headlights went out on the CBR. It happened as the front wheel went into the pot hole.

Once I got home I checked the bike over and the tail light is also out, and the horn also doesn't work. Even when I switch to high beam, the blue light doesn't come on and neither light seems to work.

The indicators and brake light all seems to work still. I've replaced all the fuses, unplugged and plugged back in all the connectors under the clocks and fitted new bulbs - still no avail.

I have a multimeter however I'm not even sure where to start with this issue. Any ideas?

they would all be fed from the left handlebar? Is there a block somewhere close that has become detached or an earth wire snapped due to the impact of the hole?

Just above the headlight there was a block (not sure what it is?) that 4 wires went into, and the yellow wire looked as if it had been pulled out.

I've re-crimped new spade connectors on to each wire and plugged them all back into that block however the problem still persists

Which fuse are you referring to? I've replaced all the fuses under the seat

Or do you mean that block the 4 wires go into is a fuse?

The attached image is the block I'm on about just to clear it up. The yellow wire was disconnected (bottom right connector on the block).

It's not showing any resistance with a multimeter either, could this be the culprit?

So apparently thats a relay Very Happy

Been down to the bike shop and got another relay which didn't work, there's obviously a wire somewhere I'm overlooking that isn't connected properly.

Very vague question I know, but how should I be testing the wiring for the headlights and tail light?

The first thing I did was put all new fuses in (next to the battery)

After re-crimping all the wires and putting them back into that relay above the headlight, I checked the fuses again to make sure and one of them had blown.

Switched that fuse out and all seems to be working now.

Maybe that disconnected wire going into the relay was blowing the fuse?
