Isn't it a bit late in the year to be starting your A2 coursework?

I really don't get the point?

So explain how you would fix my potential knee pain.... Using something fitted to the bike 🤣

Basically I am leaning towards wearable tech so something that you could use to stretch properly for example. Ive not decided yet on what I am doing hence why i have made this to see what people think.

Well, make up your mind... Then come back to ask for opinions on your idea.

No one (online or otherwise) will do your brainstorming for you. Rolling Eyes

I don’t think you understand my point at all. I have identified a possible problem and my course requires me to collect data on a possible product area that I can focus on which is why I have made a survey like everyone else in my class to see what the user group wants. Surely it would be pointless in creating a whole product and then it is not useful to anyone. I value your opinions as bikers and would rather make a product that the community might actually need instead of something I believe they need.

Well... Tell us your idea then / possible problem your are solving?

And remember. If we don't understand. That's your fault for not explaining it properly. Thumbs Up

Which problem have you identified?

Have you considered putting a wiper on a helmet?

Jesus! That's an awesome idea!! I can't believe that's not already been done!?! Even boats and planes have wipers!

Make one of them. I'll buy one. Thumbs Up

Here's an actual problem: motorcycles are easily stolen and traditional security methods can just be cut using an angle grinder.

We want a security product that makes it too much hassle to steal a bike.

I get physical discomfort when it rains, I don't like getting wet. If you could design something that would keep me warm and dry in winter I would appreciate it.

If it didn't fall over and hurt other parts of me would be good too! Thumbs Up

You're right - it's much more beneficial to come up with a nonsense product that solves a non-existant problem. (The road ahead is clear)

Why look into something that bikers might want / need. Rolling Eyes

I think you're on to something. Maybe you could have 3-4 friends with you at the same time as well.

I have to admit this questionnaire was much more entertaining than the normal ones we get on here. The questions seemed so provocative.

What discomfort problem do you want to solve?

Not at all, whether or not the product even works is irrelevant. If your teacher thinks it's good and so you get a good grade then everything is cool.

The chances are, whatever you make will be of no use to anyone. I'm just being realistic. Razz
