The above company has launched a portal whereby you can upload dash camera footage that is then sent to the local police forces.

It's just a clickbait site to get people to buy the cameras they have for sale IMO. Not saying that they won't pass the footage on to the fuzz, just that their primary motivation is sales, not safety as they claim.
