Well, my horn blows.

Assuming it is a standard, circular horn, have you tried adjusting the screw in the middle of it? This should alter the pitch.

As I said, there is usually a small screw bang in the middle of the horn. This adjusts the pitch of the horn. The pitch being how high or low the sound that comes out of it is. Backing off the screw will make it sound lower, tightening will make it sound higher.

Or you could go to a scrapyard and get a car horn. Bigger usually = louder. Ford mondeo ones sound pretty agressive.

https://www.vehiclewiringproducts.co.uk also do a range of automotive horns from bog basic to massive air-horns. You would need to fit heavier wiring for some of the bigger ones.

Seriously, Halfords do some good snail shaped horns, very loud and RED. They sell them in pairs or singles, about £15 for a pair.

My MZ had the horn from a Ford Transit, used to scare the sh1t out of drivers if they cut me up Twisted Evil
