Please help Honda cbr replica

I have a Skyjet 125-26 motorbike
Brought it and had some spluttering issues, brought the correct carb with accelerator pump and new inlet manifold and still having issues
I brought the stock airbox which is due to come but I need help with what these are I’ve outlined and what they connect to
THE RED circled with 2 black hoses going into it the one (blue circled one )connects by the look of it before to the inlet manifold but we’re does the other one connect to (left one circled green)

Isn't the green one the fuel filter?

Just in front of the fuel filter there’s a thick black hoses connecting to the black box in a red circle

I didn’t the cone filter was already on when I brought it with the black hoses not connected to anything apart from the one to the inlet manifold
