It's good to share what I've been doing, I know it's not a big bike but it has been some effort.
With the powdercoating I think it depends on where you go to be honest, and what they remember you telling them.
I used 2 different powdercoaters -
The first was the majority of the work, and being honest was a little hit and miss, some parts they masked off really well and didn't need much work, others required quite a lot of fettling. I nearly had to replace the front wheel as I got a bolt stuck after, I made the mistake of thinking they'd do a good job with blocking the holes off. Luckily I got the bolt drilled out on a milling machine at work. After that I went through every hole and retapped/cleaned them.
I used a different one for the engine, and they did a great job, from what I remember I only had one little bit to sort out. I sent it with all the old bolts for them to hold it together and block off any other threaded holes which definitely helped. That was learning from the other powdercoating I had done.
If I had to get some more done I think I'd be having a very detailed chat with what I wanted and expected to be done, maybe some sketches of what needed to be masked off etc ____________________ This restoration is ruining my bank balance! Restoration project - 1991 Aprilia AF1 Replica
