Hi im new here and new to quad bikes i bought a 110cc chinese quad don’t shoot me , it needs work like new plastics which ive got to source , today i finally got it running after stator and carb issues but the solenoid came loose and touched the frame now it won’t start with button it only turns over by connecting the 2 lugs on the solenoid with a screw driver ?

You've blown a fuse.

You've blown a fuse.


Fuse is fine i think it’s the solenoid mate .

If it was all working til you moved the solenoid, it stands a chance that it's the solenoid you've twatted. Get it replaced and buy a bike.

Solenoids are very difficult to break, being just a high amperage relay.

Fuses are easy to blow, especially if you touch a solenoids terminals against the frame.

They do have more than one fuse, you know.
