sachs xtc 4 stroke:-

looking at the down pipe it is very very thin and looks quite restrictive i wonder if there is something inside there or if it would help getting a wider down pipe made up?

the down pipe is really thin and the pipe work slowly gets wider as it gos up towards the end can.

now if im correct a 4 strokes exhaust system works in the op way to a 2 stroke instead of back pressure the engine needs to be able to breath essayer to get the best performance? so a wider down pipe would help? or am i just being stupid?? Embarassed

thanks
dene!! Thumbs Up

It is a 4 stroke 125, there isn't much gas to flow in the first place.
You might be able to get a custom full system made for it and gain a horse power or two, but it will cost a lot more than other options to get more power; like getting a more powerful bike.
