Why do you think all bikes have fuel gauges?

Haven’t you heard of reserve?

Open the fuel cap, and look inside, can you hear sploshing as you wiggle the bike?

Fill it up, zero the trip meter, run till reserve, you now have your rough range, zero each fill up.

I've never owned a bike with a fuel gauge.

There are still bikes being brought out now without a fuel gauge, the Ducati Scrambler springs to mind, i believe it does have a low fuel light though, but no actual gauge, pretty sure the Triumph Street Twin only has a fuel light too
