Knowing how to make pipe work and how to design a 2 stroke exhaust is a very, very different thing.
The 'bit at the bottom' is an 'expansion chamber', the design of this is very important for a 2 stroke to work properly.
I don't know if they do two strokes, but www.zorstec.com are relatively cheap.
If you really want to make your bike look different... paint it bright pink with dulux emultion.
People will stare at your bike and won't think you've got to much money . |

I'd comment but haven't got much idea what you're talking about.

What we're trying to tell you is modifying the exhaust on a 2 stroke is like drilling holes in the cylinder head to try and make the bike lighter (dont try that btw )
The exhaust on a two stroke does most of the tuning for the engine. Try removing it an riding down the road..... (its not the same for 4 strokes thats why you can modify them easier)
If you want an underseat exhaust for you bike you will have to buy one that is made for the job and i doubt the kits will be cheap. |
