so i can go accelerate like normal but it would be impossible for me to hold the speed at say 30mph i either go 20 or rev it more and its basically going flat out revs and will just kick in and go, Its impossible for me to keep it at the speeds i want why is this?

ive tried changing the jets and needle position but i dont think it is that at the moment i have a 90 main jet and 48 idle/slow jet with needle on the 3rd slot from the top (probably wants to go back to the 2nd as it seems to be a little rich)

not sure if this is just a jetting problem or something else like clutch/springs any ideas (has a malossi delta clutch probably stock set up on it tho)?

Full revs and sudden jump? Sounds more like a variator issue to me.

I can't easily work out what the OP was trying to say, so I gave up, but at a guess I'd say he's pinched something like the throttle cable, or there's some similar effect.
